1. Who we are
Nexus Games (“we”, “us”) publishes mobile games for iOS and Android and operates this website at nexusgames.tech. This policy covers the website and every current and future Nexus Games app, including Head Coach Soccer1 (formerly listed as Teknik Direktör), Palace Match, Football Career, ZARKIVO, Meridian Command, Twelve Yards, Aether Reach, Ashfront, Steel Haul, and any other title we release under the Nexus Games name.
2. Summary
Most progress stays on your device. Head Coach Soccer1 asks for a coach email and nickname so you can join an optional weekly online league. That league stores only the nickname, club, points, and week — not a password and not payment data.
3. Data we collect
- Game saves. Progress, settings, unlocks, and purchase flags stay on your device (local storage / app sandbox).
- Coach profile (Head Coach Soccer1). Email and nickname you type at first launch. Stored on the device. If you use the weekly online league, we also store nickname, fictional club, points, and week on our host so the public table can update.
- Device language. Titles read the system language to show the interface.
- Support email. If you write to us, we receive whatever you send (usually an email address and the message).
- Store purchase tokens. If a game has in-app purchases, Apple or Google confirm the purchase. We do not receive your card number.
4. Data we do not collect
We do not collect your real name, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, or camera for core gameplay. We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles from our own servers, because we do not operate a player database.
5. In-app purchases
Optional purchases (for example extra transfer budget or cosmetic packs) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment data is handled under Apple’s and Google’s own policies. Nexus Games never sees your full payment details.
6. Advertising
Head Coach Soccer1 may show ads through Google AdMob or a similar provider:
- A small banner on some menu screens (not during a live match).
- An occasional full-screen ad after a match ends — not on every match, and never on every app open.
- Optional rewarded ads, for example “watch an ad to scout a player.” These are never required to keep playing.
The ad network may use a device advertising identifier and receive technical information such as IP address, device type, and approximate location, under that provider’s policy. On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown before tracking. Football Career and Palace Match do not include ads in their first store release.
7. Analytics and crash reports
This website does not use third-party analytics cookies. Some apps may later include crash reporting (for example to find a bug). Those tools would receive technical logs, not your career name as a marketing profile. If we add a specific SDK, we will name it here.
8. This website
The site is static. Hosting logs may record a standard server log (IP address, browser, requested page) for security and uptime. We do not set tracking cookies and we do not run a marketing pixel on these pages.
9. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Age ratings vary by title (puzzle games may be 4+; titles with optional purchases are often 12+). Parents should use the store’s purchase controls. If you believe a child sent us personal data, email support@nexusgames.tech and we will delete the message.
10. Third parties
- Apple App Store and Google Play — distribution, payments, and store analytics under their policies.
- Your hosting / CDN for this website — standard request logs.
- Ad or crash providers — only if a given game build includes them, as described above.
11. Retention and deletion
Local saves remain until you start a new game, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Online-league rows stay until you email us to delete the nickname, or we purge stale rows. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and similar regions), you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or complain to a data protection authority. Because gameplay data stays on your device, the personal data we typically hold is only an email you chose to send. Write to support@nexusgames.tech.
13. International transfers
If you contact us or use a store, your data may be processed in the country of Apple, Google, or our hosting provider. Those companies apply their own safeguards.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. The App Store and Play listing can keep the same URL: https://nexusgames.tech/privacy/
