1. Agreement
By using this website or a Nexus Games mobile app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games on devices you own or control, through the App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the games except as allowed by law.
3. Entertainment content
Names of clubs, players, leagues, and stories are fictional or used as entertainment. Our games are not official products of any league, club, or player union unless a title explicitly says so.
4. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google. Prices include store fees as shown in the store. Virtual items have no real-world cash value and are licensed, not sold, except where local law says otherwise.
5. Availability
We may update, patch, or withdraw a game. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Local saves can be lost if you uninstall the app or change devices.
6. Disclaimer
The website and games are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nexus Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived in your country.
